I have recently observed blood while passing stool. While it is only bright red in color which suggests anal fissure. I recently then observed the blood in stool as well. This has happened within span of a day. I have had normal food throughout and have not had any change in habits though out . What can be the issue and how to go about it..

Do your stool routine microscopy test..blood can be froma anal canal or from colon..need to examine clinically and sos to do colonoscopy to find the source of bleeding
