The treatment depends on the level of the perforation and degree of damage to the tooth. A trained Micro Endodontist can assess the tooth and tell you whether or not the tooth can be saved. Another way can be to get a sectional CBCT for that tooth. This will give a fair idea about degree of damage and chances of saving the tooth

A skilled endodontist is needed with or without a microscope. Your tooth is worth the attempt. Worst case scenario is it fails. All you would have lost is time and a bit of money. Still worth the effort.

Hi success after perforation depends on what level it is...if its in the floor of the prepared cavity it can be closed easily with different materials available ..if its in the length of the root of the tooth then after renegotiating the actual path of canal the tooth can be obturated and post op review is required ..go ahead with the treatment best of luck take care

Not necessary if it perforated proceed with normal obturation and wait n watch if pain occurs extract if not retain it .microscopic endodontics will make no difference only waste of money

Oh!.. .it's very unfortunate to know about this. But perforation can be treated successfully even without microscope. There are a lot of medicaments available to treat such a mishap. I don't agree on going for extraction. Give every attempt to save your precious pearl.
