I had my chest cyst removed today . What diet changes should I make for a speedy recovery . What things should I take which act as a natural pain killer and heal my wounds . I've been drinking Turmeric Milk since I started having pain on my chest due to cyst and it helped a lot.

Aamla fruit/ juice is the best.2 fruits or 30 ml As vit c supplement for wound healing ,and immunity also. Giloy satwa1/4 tsf once a day with water is good for immunity booster two tsf a day Ashwagandha rasayana two tsf twice a day .is a good strength,stamina builder.

Hi! Please include 2-3 litres of water, one cup of boiled sprouts, eggs, chicken soup (if you take non veg) and milk / milk products. More protein in your diet will help with faster recovery. You can also take one fresh fruit and one carrot to give you vitamins and minerals.
