Please include 2-3 litres of water, one cup of boiled sprouts, eggs, chicken soup (if you take non veg) and milk / milk products. More protein in your diet will help with faster recovery. You can also take one fresh fruit and one carrot to give you vitamins and minerals.
Take plenty of warm fluids like soup, turmeric milk, cinnamon water to provide relief, also make sure you are not missing your medication.
