According to u, 12 cysts on each side of ovary is not considered as PCOS. PCOS is a complex thing.

The few drops of blood you noticed is most likely spotting, which can happen in PCOD due to hormonal imbalance leading to irregular shedding of the uterine lining. It is not a full proper period. PCOD is not completely curable but it is very well manageable, and many women with PCOD conceive naturally or with minimal treatment.
Next Steps
Get a proper evaluation: * Thyroid profile * Prolactin * Blood sugar / insulin levels If periods are delayed (>35–40 days), you may need medication to induce withdrawal bleeding Maintain: * Regular exercise (30–40 mins daily) * Healthy diet (low sugar, low refined carbs) * Weight control (very important for ovulation) Since you are planning pregnancy: * Start folic acid * Consult a gynecologist for ovulation tracking or induction if needed
Health Tips
You need not worry. PCOD does not mean infertility. With proper lifestyle changes and treatment, chances of pregnancy are very good.
