Make sure you see a doctor that probes into why and how he fell as well Was it a simple slip and fall Or dizziness or fit or anything  sinister  or a simple vasovagal . Make sure as the other doctors here suggest Head injury is ruled out ask for loss of consciousness any fits you saw any ear nose bleeding any vomiting post fall hip fractures and other injuries are ruled out check for pain check for movements To the doctor  that you visit  Make sure they check his vital signs like bp pulse spo2 respiratory  rate and temperature  in detail.

Was there any abrasion ? Provide with photos.

Any head injury ? At this age bones are fregile and chances of # is high . Consult for better assesment and advice . Meanwhile give him tab zerodol-SP for pain and swelling . ASD needs to be done for cuts .

Is there any head injury? If it so rush him to nearby emergency department. Paracetamol for pain relief. Ice compression for swelling and hematoma.
