I have been suffering from chronic pain and inflammation in my left heel. Now my left knee is giving me pain whenever I am walking or even standing. Plus my both leg calfs are hard like brick. I am an overweight and want to loose weight too. But this pain is killing me. Need truthful and proper guidance if possible.

My sincere request truthful and proper guidance is possible only if you meet an orthopaedic surgeon and get thoroughly  examined to look into root problems what you suffer with.
