Recession of gum can’t be treated at home . Go for scaling and polishing otherwise you will loose your teeth.
Next Steps
Brush your teeth twice daily Apply Metrogyl’s dg gel 3-4 times daily on gums.

Recession in lower front teeth , clearly you have calculus deposits. That is causing recession in your gums and also is the main cause for bleeding.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist and get your scaling (cleaning) done. Unless you get this deposit removed the problem will persist and can lead to more recession.
Health Tips
Use super soft brush and do warm saline rinses.. will help you with your gums problem.

Mam If you are facing problem of receding gums at this age that means you are using wrong brushing technique or you are brushing forcefully for long period of time. Stop brushing your teeth in horizontal motion. Search for bass brushing technique on YouTube and follow it. If you find it difficult then brush your teeth in circular motion. Change your brush after every 45 days and avoid using hard toothbrush. Go for sensitive or extra soft toothbrush of any brand.
Next Steps
If problem persists then visit your dentist with prior appointment
Health Tips
Do lukewarm salt water gargles atleast 3-4  times a day. Use any non alcohol based mouthwash. Hope it helps.
