Reccurent never before penis pain

I took doxycycline for epiditymytis tested negative for gonnorhea and chlamydia.. but two days after my last doxy pill I had this NEVER before shooting pain in penis scared me and now it seems more mild but recurrent and can hurt if I think about it please help
