What is the reason of thinning of endometrium linning because my periods are normal I get my periods every month

Why did you check for it ? Is it an evaluation for infertility? Is so then it is due to hormonal causes. We sometimes need to give supplements to improve the endometrium in case of infertility to make the uterus appropriate to conceive
