Firstly, the cause of issue (white patch) needs to be identified. What caused it? How was it triggered? How long back it was noticed (duration of first observation?)

Not able to diagnose from pic. But from symptoms it seems as Cheilitis only. Lot of causes are there for Cheilitis. Proper Homoeopathic treatment will help you.
