Reactive lymph nodes for over a month

I have few painful reactive lymph nodes in the neck region from over a month. They pain slightly and I have no infection. I saw an Ent and did USG of neck thrice. The USG's shows all are subcentimeter with intact helium just reactive lymph nodes and no increase in size. I had a boil behind my ear a month and half ago. But that has healed. My concern is I get fever sometimes and pain in hands and legs. Off lately also getting little numbness in fingers. The lymph nodes are slightly painful. My Vit D is insufficient for which I'm taking D3 tabs. Also B9 is at 315 lower side for which I'm taking folic tabs. I'm just worried that the nodes are still reactive even after a month and hopefully are not indicative of something chronic like cancer. Could any one please advise should I be concerned or what should be my next steps ?

As u have stated subcentimetric lymph nodes with preserved architecture is not of much concern, but as the history has been long of a month or so. U need to keep a watch om them if they are increasing in size, how they feeling on deep palpation like fixed or movable, If u are apprehensive and want to clear all doubts get an FNAC done.

If lymph nodes are subcentimeter in size then no need to worry. If size is increased then need to remove.
