S u need to go for rct but wt he tld was expensive. Rct with metal ceramic cost max would b 5 to 6thousand..

Hello saving a tooth is always important ... go ahead with RCT also I think u mean 3500 for root canal treatment which is reasonable ... if it's 35000 then u must check again with the Dr if there is any confusion ...

It's always best to retain your natural tooth rather than extracting. Cost must be inclusive of other treatments. Just check again.

Extraction is not the good thing for such treatable tooth. Removal of that tooth because of cavity would be really gross treatment. Today we have fabulous treatment options available for such cases. Yes you should go for rct of that tooth followed by crown(cap). 35000 is way too much dont fall in such a trap. U can get this job done easily in 5-8k. U shld also go for replacement of your missing teeth.

RCT looks to be the only method to save your teeth. You must save your natural dentition as much as possible. Regarding pricing there looks some confusion. 35k for RCT alone is extrapolation.

According to the iopa which is there , it definitely requires a  RCT.The amount differs from clinic to clinic ! You can go for a second opinion always . Extraction or removal of tooth is not advisable because u already have lost one in the upper arch and without replacing the lost tooth , we are looking at future problems of loss of the opposing teeth and occlusion problems,also the tooth next to the one you have problem is also developing a cavity.hope this helps . Hello rct is required in the second molar.and a filling required in first molar as seen in your x-ray..root canal treatment costs from 3500 to 5000..if that is the cost it is reasonable but if 35000 then it is too much kindly check with your dentist..after a root canal treatment you would require a crown the cost of crown depends on which one you choose ranging from 4000 to 15000..take care.

Given your age, it will be highly recommended that you go for root canal treatment and try to save the tooth and give it a very long functional life after this...... extraction of the tooth is always kept as the last option...... 35k seems to be little too much for this treatment..... please clarify with your dentist if there is any confusion..... otherwise you can always take a second opinion.... U should go for rct definitely . extracting tooth has lot of problems that will occur in future .anyways u can consult some other dentist u will get gud treatment in cheaper price .
