Iam non diabetic recently checked my sugars. Hba1c 5.6 RBS 92 at evening. It's normal? How often check my sugars? Pls suggest. Regards.

You HbA1C is normal. Any level below 5.7 is considered normal. 5.7-6.4 is prediabetes and 6.5 and above is diabetes. Random blood sugar is also normal. It not essential for you to check sugars at home since your not prediabetic or diabetic
Next Steps
Obtain hba1c, fasting glucose, insulin and glucose levels 2 hrs post meals in 6 months to assess for diabetes/ prediabetes .
