Rat bite on my little finger

I bit by a rat today.just one drop blood came out.. I cleaned the area by iodine..visited doctor he has given bioclind 300 injection and some antibiotics tablets...Do I need to take TT  or rabies injection manditorily??

If you haven't taken tt in the past .. you might need it.. rabies vaccination doesn't seem to be indicated for a small wound like this.. but better to consult a physician online or in person to assess the wound once

Rabies post exposure prophylaxis is not usually recommended for rats but it depends on the size of it like it's recommended in case of bandicoots (large rats), tt injection is not mandatory in this case but it's a booster dose so if you haven't had a shot in past five years you can take it
