I have recently developed some rashes near my genital areas for quite sometime and now a part of my skin near that area has become dry scaly and I have also developed pinkish skin around my vagina. Don't know what exactly I'm going through. Need assistance.

I think some severe infection.Donot use soap and much water.Antibiotics is compulsory for you.Local  antifungal ointment is also necessary.
