Small rashes or bumps on eyelids and on the line under the eye connected to the bottom line of eyelash. Tried to squeeze and get rid of it but the eye was paining so did not try again. How to get rid of the bumps or pimples or rashes on the eyelids ??? What is the reason of behind it??

I think you are suffering from herpes simplex , you should consult  local Opthalmologist for proper advice.
