Dear Practo User, Correct treatment of fungal infection over private parts depends upon correct diagnosis and management under supervision of a qualified dermatologist. Do not apply vaseline as it is occlusive and wash all clothes in hot water daily to get rid of fungal spores from your clothing to avoid reinfection. And visit a nearby Dermatologist for proper diagnosis and supervised treatment of antifungal medication.
