Hi, I'm seeing sudden development of tiny bumps like structure in my arms. These look like rashes but are not itchy in nature. When you run your hand over them, it feels like sand paper. I haven't made any dietary changes. I have moved from Kolkata to Bangalore & noticed this a few months after moving to Bangalore. But now I'm back in Kolkata but still the bumps are there. I have attached a photo of my left arm.
