I have got rashes all over my body starting today evening. And it is itching too much. The areas in which itching is happening are becoming red and a bit swollen. Can anyone suggest the cause of this? I had normal food made at home only.

There could be many reasons. For the time being, apply lacto calamine lotion where ever the itch is. You may take levocetirizine 10 mg for the night.
