Vaccine related allergies are very rare nowadays, and if so it would have presented earlier so if rashes are severe plz do get him examined by a doctor asap.

No need to worry if he doesn't have any fever. Some rashes are self limiting.
Next Steps
Consult Online if he develops fever or any other symptom

Hi, MMR related rashes are seen after 5-6 days. Very unlikely now. Nothing to worry.
Next Steps
Apply caladryl lotion over the rashes. If rashes persists, consult nearby paediatrician.
