Hi I recently noticed a reddish rash with brown green centre and its painful to touch. I have been going for some ayurvedic massage therapies with oil and this area is constantly in touch with wooden table. The point of contact developed this rash on both hands near elbows. What could be this and is there any otc medication/ balm for this?
