I have skin rashes all over my back side and on shoulder and it is spreading over my neck area. It usually don't itch but do sometime and the rashes becomes worse during summer. What is this condition and how can I get rid of it.

It is Acne Do note Acne does just affect face Benzoyl peroxide gel wash twice a day 2 min contact time, no scrub / rub, gently apply on wet skin
