There is a rash on my foreskin, it is swollen and itchy, I have had this from past 15 days and it is increasing, what can I do to decrease it and what exactly is this?

It looks like genital scabies. It is caused by a mite known as Sarcoptes scabei. It normally leads to papules over genitals and inter digital spaces and the itching is more severe at night. Permethrin 5% cream is used once a week for 2 weeks for the treatment. It is a contagious disease and can spread by contact.
