I recently tested for random sugar at 172 does it require medication. If so can you suggest the medicine.

With one value of random sugar we cannot confirm if u r diabetic or not. 172 can be prediabetic or diabetic. So u need to get HBA1C done song with OGTT to confirm if u r diabetic or in ore diabetic range
