Random palpitations post covid

It had been 4 months since I had covid. I Have been experiencing random palpitations which sometimes goes around 100 while sometimes as low as 55 while lying. I had beta blockers for few days last month but seems it's not helping. ECG and ECHO are normal.(During ECG I never had palpitation) Does someone knows the exact reason behind and solution to this?

Post COVID many patients are developing autonomic dysfunction where control of heart by two systems sympathetic and parasympathetic system dysregulation happens various study suggest it’will subside with time and no need for evaluation

You can do a Holter test to see the nature of palpitation.
