Random palpitations post covid

It had been 4 months since I had covid. I Have been experiencing random palpitations which sometimes goes around 100 while sometimes as low as 55 while lying. I had beta blockers for few days last month but seems it's not helping. ECG and ECHO are normal.(During ECG I never had palpitation) Does someone knows the exact reason behind and solution to this?
