Why do I frequent get random tear in vaginal area ? First there is swelling in vaginal area and after few days get frequent tear.

Your description is inadequate. Are you married ? Any children ? Are these cuts in the vaginal wall spontaneous or following a difficult intercourse ? A physical examination is a must.
