Sudden excessive sweating and weakness. Random blood sugar level showed 70. What to do, please suggest. Can better diet improve sugar level? And is there anything serious to worry?

Ask your diabetologist to down titrate your anti diabetic medications.

If you are diabetic and on medicines...your diabetes medicine is on higher dosage.....you are experiencing low sugar...that is called hypoglycemia...need toreduce it... Right now give direct sugat two tablespoons.recheck sugar after 10 mins Consult online for proper guidance
