Ramadan fasting and withdrawal bleeding

Can i fast during ramadan while having withdrawal bleeding due to taking unwanted 72??? Islamic ruling is if withdrawal bleeding is similar to periods and if withdrawal blood is similar to period blood, then one need not fast . If withdrawal blood is non menstrual bleeding ,then one should fast

There are too many rulings regarding fast and the menstrual period. Since I am not aware of these rulings,  it will not be correct on my part to comment on this topic. All that I know is that if you can't keep ROZA for whatever reason, the Religion gives you enough opportunities to observe a ROZA on some specified days during the year.
