Radiculopathy pain in neck and spine

I have serious back pain problem with my left hand joint pain long a lot I checked with a bone specialist he mentioned I have radiculopathy a pain which affects the joints cervical nerves causing tingling and weakening of muscles pls advise me what i should do . I feel a lot of pain everyday while sleeping my spine is paining especially the neck part.
