Radiation Therapy for mets in Vetebra

Is it okay to give radiation therapy to a NSCLC patient with mets in liver and bones to be given radiation therapy to his vetebra (mets in Clivus, DV2, Lv2, Lv4 & Tailbone).The patient has got partial paraplegia due to AVF at D10 level. Fistula has been surgically removed.The patient is complaining of lower back ache and has progressive paraparesis
