Consult a clinical psychologist or psychiatrist. Any particular therapy may not be helpful for you. Psychological treatment should be designed to your need to get rid of the problem.

When you urge to use tobacco strikes, remember that although it may be intense, it will probably pass within five to 10 minutes whether or not you smoke a cigarette or take a dip of chewing tobacco. Each time you resist a tobacco craving, you're one step closer to stopping tobacco use for good.
Next Steps
consult with a clinical psychologist or doctor

Hi... Substance addictions gradually hijack the reward mechanism of the brain, thereby creating dependence on that substance intake. This vicious cycle requires detoxification, treatment, and recovery. Please find a De-addiction Centre near you for the same. Counselling/Psychotherapy will help you with the psychosocial factors responsible for your dependence on the substance, leading to abuse.
Next Steps
Find a good De-addiction Centre nearby and consult a Psychologist for Counselling.
