Question regarding empty sockets

I had 2 premolars extracted on 7th march and 2 premolars extracted on 9th march for my aligner treatment. the 7th march one is starting to heal so can i eat soft food like eggs from that side? or should i wait? as i tried to eat eggs from that side and definitely the egg is touching that socket

You can have soft food … Please gargle after having food .That wll help to maintain the oral hygiene properly and healing will be faster
