Hello everyone, My son is 11 months old and till 6 months exclusive breastfeeding and till now on breastfeeding and complementary food. For some reason we missed giving vitamin d3 or zincovit .we gave in irregular interval. We started giving regularly for the past 1 or 2 months. Does missing drops will it have any impact on health? If I continue giving henceforth can we rectify it ? He is 6.7 kg and 69cms birth weight is 2.6

Baby is not much underweight for this age. Vitamin D3 Drop should be given regularly to the baby.
Next Steps
Give Vitamin D3 Drops untill 2 years of age. Multivitamin Drop is not much essential if the baby gets adequate complementary feed.. Feeding is very vital for this age. Give feeding at least 3 times extra in addition to the breastfeeding with natural food. That will ensure adequate weight gain. Vitamin D3 Drops should be given at the dose of 400 IU daily till 1 year of age, then at 600 IU after 1 year of age
