Which is a better PPI for treating GERD ? 1) Dexlansoprazole 60mg 2) Esomeprazole 40mg 3) Omeprazole 40 mg 4) Esomeprazole 20mg + Levosulpiride 75 mg 5) Omeprazole 20mg + Domeperidone 75mg And why does the combination of Omeprazole and Levosulpiride doesn't come in the market ?    Which is a better antacid ? Gaviscon or any antacid with aluminum and magnesium hydroxide ?
