Reactive lymphocytes are those lymphocytes which have been produced by the body as a reaction to an external stimulus. It can be an infection or allergy or worm infestation or drug reactions or stress and strain. Your report is NOT normal because the lymphocytes count is unusually high.  Out of these reactive lymphocytes are not very many. You should consult with a Medical Haematologist. He may give specific advice for further investigations.
