Hi Doc, I am 34 years old and married. from last one year I am getting low grade fever  while on menstruation and unbearable pain.Is there anything to worry about because I  never had fever during my period but since one year It is there every time.

You need to be checked. Get examined physically  and do a scan few days  before  the expected  period  for  any possibility  of Endometriosis.

mild fever may be due to prostaglandins released during menstruation..but to rupe out other cause of fever get a fever profile done
