How can we detect Tuberculosis of jejunum and ilium as we know that UGIE is not designed to reach the jejunum and ilium ? MR enterography has its limitations too ? Can stool test determine TB of the above mentioned part of intestines ? If yes , then what stool test !

There are some advanced tests for tuberculosis. And based on different test results interpretation can be derived. But there is nothing called tuberculosis of jejunum and ileum. Tuberculosis infection in abdomen usually involves much more organs at a same time. It seems u are imagining POSSIBILITIES your self.
