Doctor, My dietician has asked me to refrain from having any sweet and sugary food because I am gaining weight and also have fatty liver. Can I continue Aristrozyme Syrup but it is very sweet? Is there any substitute? Can sweet digestive enzyme or flavoured base syrups increase weight of an overweight person?
