According to me 1 tablet daily is very high dose, your vit D levels are in "insufficient " category. Vit D gets stored in liver so if you take excessive dose you may land in toxicity so it's better to consult your physician again. Regarding your lipid profile,  it will be better if you consult me through Practo.
Next Steps
Consult your physician before taking the medicine.
Health Tips
Exercise is the must to have normal lipid profile. Walking is the best exercise.  It is recommended that you should walk 10,000 steps daily, but you decide according to your fitness.

Actually these formulations are not true homeopathic in nature. For right benefits take proper homoeopathic treatment. You can consult me online. Contact for further guidance.

Your lipid status is crazy high. You should do something about it. Your physician should not only reduce the cholesterol but also stop its reacccumulation. The cholesterol might give you a cardiac trouble. Don't worry so much about vit D. It can be tackled easily. The repetition of vit D tablets depend upon its IU levels.
Next Steps
You can consult me over practo.
