Query re N Fowleri risk

I have ordered NaDCC tablets for my water tank so hopefully when I start using that I should be able to ward off my fear quite a bit. I was concerned that while brushing my teeth I had water droplets splashed in my nostrils too and then I had to go straight to the kitchen to turn off the gas as tea was ready. My face came in contact with the steam there. My concern is that is it possible for the steam to carry those water droplets or any amoebae if present, up to deeper areas of the nasal passage or the brain to cause an infection?

Hii You dont have to be worried . Steam will not carry any any possible infection to any deeper areas of nasal passage or brain .
Health Tips
To help protect yourself against a Naegleria fowleri infection: Hold your nose or wear a nose clip if you are jumping or diving into fresh water. Always keep your head above water in hot springs. Don't dig in shallow water because the ameba is more likely to live there. Use distilled or boiled tap water when rinsing your sinuses or cleansing your nasal passages.
