Risk of N Fowleri
I know I get very panicky and trouble you kind Doctors but you are the only ones I can talk to. Today I woke up in the morning feeling a bit heavy, so I washed my face and drank water, but feeling weak I lied down and started breathing a bit heavily, but I didn't inhale deeply like in deep breathing, just breathed heavily while lying down. I had forgot to wipe my face and some droplets of water had gone in my nostrils and on my moustache. So I got very worried that can those water droplets be forced upto the sinuses or the olfactory nerves due to breathing heavily while lying down? Also, I have developed this strange habit of automatically inhaling as a reflux or more like a partial inhalation or a short sniff that I can't control. This happened 2 mins after. I blew my nose gently to counter this inhalation. Can this cause the water droplets to go to the upper nasal passages to the sinuses and olfactory nerves to cause an infection? Please help I will be very very thankful.

From your repeated queries it looks like you might have OCD(Obsessive compulsive disorder). Visit a psychiatrist for proper assessment and treatment.
