Hi, Is Perineum MRI and Fistulogram MRI is same ?? Does Perineum MRI shows al the details of Fistulogram including other details ?

Both are different Mri fistulogram is done in case of suspicious fistula in ano... Mri perineum for other problems in perineum

FISTULOGRAM WILL GIVE DETAILS OF FISTULA.In case of high fistula,MRI perineum will fail to detect it.

Fistulogram MRI is Perineum MRI with contrast. Is usually a good radiologist/radiology centre will do the complete study with contrast in case of a fistula.
