One of my friend liked his partener vagina and during that time his partner vagina outer layer had minor cut due to shaving.  small amount of blood went inside of his mouth. Then he realised and spit it out and had sex with condom. He doesn't know her hiv status. He took hiv 4th generation test in 20 days and 28 days, 34 days. All are negative. He is so anxious and planning to take a test in 43 day. Is it ok to take or need to wait for 45 days to complete. Please suggest. He is feeling pinching sensation on body.
