Query about Unwanted 21 days

I am starting Unwanted 21days this month from 3rd day of my menstrual cycle. I will continue for 21days and supposed to stop for 7days. If I get my next periods within those 7days shall I start immediately or still wait 7days no matter my next bleeding?

You have to start the pill from 2nd day of period every month.
