Query about serum tsh levels

2023-04-27 05:16:46
My tsh levels as tested on 11th june 2022 was 1.90. My T3 was 1.80 and T4 was 115.4. My amh level is 0.378. I am on medication for conceiving. I missed my periods this month ( april) which was due on 18th april. I did a pregnancy test today and it came out to be negative. I want to ask that can serum tsh levels have any connection to this. Should I conduct the tests again?

Your serum TSH level is very good. In your case the TSH level has no role in your infertility.

Your AMH which denotes your ovarian reserve or the capacity to release eggs by the ovaries is very less. Spontaneous pregnancy still possible but chances are rare. U need evaluation and go for IVF as early as possible

Your amh level is very low . That is the reason for your infertility.. Go for advance treatment for conception
