Query About Early Signs of Hair Loss

I’m sharing a photo for your reference. I’ve noticed some thinning and wanted to ask if this looks like early signs of baldness. As far as I know, baldness is not hereditary in my family. Could you please advise what this could be and whether any treatment or preventive steps are needed?
