Quadruple mark test done before 1week and result came High risk ,where AFP comes 3.22 over the cutoff mark 2.5 so want to know about the baby wheather go for birth or not because my first child have club feet problem,so is there any risk of abnormality in fetus baby in physical or intellectual kindly advice me.

Quadruple test is only a screening test it's not a diagnostic test you need to proceed with aminocentesis That would be a diagnostic test Decision regarding termination will depend upon the report of this test
