Q My brother suffering with incontinenc

My brother is a marketing professional for one state for a limited company
He was 35 years old recently suffering with mucus discharge from his anus look like liquid poop which is with out knowing by him it's discharging & bad smell
It's showing effect on his profession & personal life style felt bad himself
