Hello there Triphala ghritam or kaha triphala ghritam is an Ayurvedic preparation used for treating multiple diseases including eye issues. Just by using few drops daily won’t help in correcting your vision Akshitarpana a panchakarma therapy is planned for such eye issues which you mentioned. Triphala ghritam is one of the medicine which can be used in akshitarpana Exact dosage can’t be decided unless someone checks your nadi( pulse) and Prakriti ( constitution) 1.Dose of medicine 2.Ghrita retention time 3.Temperature of ghritam when it is administered 4. Duration of the course These all parameters have to be checked for proper results. Anyway thank to the influencer who has made you think about Ayurvedic remedies.
