Puss in right ear from 20 days, sinus infection from past 10 years. Septoplasty done to reside of nose.

Sinus infection with pus in ears points towards otittis media. Take antibiotic course (amoxiclav 625 bd), Tab diclo bd (if pain), tab Levocetriz 5 mg hs, tab pan 40 od and ear drop (betnsol N - three drops thrice daily). Avoid dust and cold.
